When you order on our order page or email us at info@solventra.net, for example to request a free mini analysis or to order an analysis, we process your email address, your name (if given) and the details in your message, such as country, city, package, company or project details and briefing texts. When you pay, we also process the order details (package, amount, date), the transaction ID and the sender address of your wallet. Purpose: answering your request, processing and delivering your analysis, and matching your payment.
We take orders on our own order page (solventra.net/checkout/). Your details (name, email, project details, package, payment method, time of consent) are stored in a database on our web hosting; your IP address is stored only as a check value (hash) to prevent abuse. You receive a confirmation email from info@solventra.net, and we receive a copy. The «Request a free mini analysis» button opens your own email program; the message goes directly to info@solventra.net.
On the order page you choose how to pay. The standard option is card or PayPal in USD via our offer on the Fiverr marketplace: after submitting, we redirect you to Fiverr; payment and handling there run via Fiverr, and Fiverr’s privacy policy applies. Alternatively you pay in Bitcoin or USDT directly to our receiving address; the payment page shows the amount, address and QR code. To get exchange rates and detect incoming payments, our server queries public services: mempool.space, CoinGecko (api.coingecko.com), TronGrid (api.trongrid.io), tron-rpc.publicnode.com, ethereum-rpc.publicnode.com, eth.llamarpc.com, cloudflare-eth.com, polygon-bor-rpc.publicnode.com, polygon-rpc.com, arb1.arbitrum.io, arbitrum.drpc.org, arbitrum-one-rpc.publicnode.com, open.er-api.com and fawazahmed0 currency-api (cdn.jsdelivr.net, currency-api.pages.dev). These queries contain only our receiving address and amounts, no data about you; your browser loads content only from solventra.net. Blockchain payments are public: sender and recipient address, amount, time and transaction ID are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by us.
We store order and delivery data as long as needed for contract performance and legal retention, then delete or anonymise them.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing newsletters without your consent.

The website and the mailbox (info@solventra.net) run on a Namecheap shared hosting server; email is provided via cPanel. Visits generate technically necessary server logs (e.g. IP, timestamp) at the host. Emails to us are stored on this server.
